Anjali is a B. Com(Hons) graduate with an MBA and a Certified Independent Director from IICA (Government of India), she brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources, organizational strategy, and leadership development.

She held the role of HR Head in the research and consulting industry, where she managed all core HR functions and also played a strategic role in driving the business forward. Anjali managed the seamless integration of multiple entities, ensuring alignment in culture, processes, and talent management. Her expertise in M&A strategy ensured that new business divisions were not only onboarded smoothly but that they contributed to the company’s overall growth and profitability
